    Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech

You will be welcomed upon arrival and transferred to your hotel. Our representative will give you a brief overview of your 8-day tour from Marrakech to Casablanca via the Sahara Desert and Fez.

    Day 2: Marrakech – Jemma El-Fna – Traditional Market

After breakfast, we’ll take you on a guided tour of the unique city of Marrakech, known as the “Pearl of the South” of Morocco. Visits include the Bahia and El Badi Palaces, the Saadian Tombs, the Menara Gardens, and many other hidden treasures. After lunch, we’ll explore the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous market square of Djemaa el Fna—one of the city’s main attractions. At night, the square comes alive with storytellers, snake charmers, and a variety of traditional foods whose aromas and colors are simply mouthwatering.

Day 3: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, we’ll head toward Ouarzazate. On the way, we’ll cross the Atlas Mountains via the stunning Tizi N’Tichka pass, at 2,260 meters high, home to many Berber villages. Shortly after, we’ll take a detour to visit the Kasbah of Pasha Glaoui in Telouet. Continuing through more Berber villages, we’ll arrive at the impressive fortified city of Ait Ben Haddou, over 800 years old and the filming location for movies like Gladiator and Kingdom of Heaven. After the visits, we’ll head to Ouarzazate, where you’ll have the chance to visit another film studio. Here, we’ll spend the night.

Day 4: Ouarzazate – Valley of the Roses – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga

We’ll travel along the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs” until we reach the dramatic Todra Gorges, a paradise for rock climbers. We’ll take a scenic walk along the Todra River, surrounded by towering rock walls. Free time for lunch. Then we continue to Erfoud to visit ancient fossil quarries. In the afternoon, we’ll ride camels into the desert and spend the night in a traditional Berber tent. Along the way, you’ll experience a breathtaking sunset and sunrise over the massive dunes. Before sleeping, Berbers will play drums for us under a sky full of stars.

    Day 5: Merzouga – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fez

We’ll wake up early to witness what might be the most beautiful sunrise of your life. Then, a peaceful camel ride will take you back to your hotel for breakfast. We’ll continue through Errachidia and travel along the magnificent Ziz Gorges, carved into volcanic rock, passing the Tizi Ntalghamt Pass to Midelt. From there, we head to Azrou, a Berber village in the Middle Atlas Mountains. We’ll stop in the cedar forest to see the Barbary macaques, and then continue to Ifrane, known as “the French village,” where we’ll stop for photos or a drink before arriving in Fez. Overnight in a traditional riad.

Day 6: Guided Tour of Fez

After breakfast at your riad, you’ll explore the oldest city in Morocco by walking through its narrow alleys and historical streets. The tour starts with the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish quarter, and the first Mellah ever built in Morocco, dating back to the 16th century. You’ll visit important cultural and historical landmarks including the famous Al Quaraouine University (the oldest in the region), the tanneries, the Attarine Museum, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss. After lunch, you’ll visit a tile-making cooperative and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire Fez Medina.

    Day 7: Fez – Meknes – Rabat – Casablanca

At 8:00 AM, we’ll pick you up from your accommodation and start your journey toward Meknes. There, we’ll pass through the grand Bab Mansour gate and visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail—one of the city’s most impressive buildings, beautifully decorated. We then continue to Rabat, the capital of the Kingdom, to visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the Hassan Tower. After lunch, we’ll head to Casablanca and visit the Hassan II Mosque, the largest in Casablanca. We’ll also visit other points of interest before taking you to your hotel.
