Arrival at Fez (Sais) Airport. Meet and greet, followed by transfer to your hotel or riad in the city. Free time to relax.
After breakfast, we begin a guided tour of Fez, a city that feels like a journey back to the Middle Ages. Highlights include:

The Karaouine Mosque, one of the oldest universities in the world
After lunch, we visit the local souks (markets). Overnight stay in Fez.
After breakfast, we depart toward the Sahara Desert, passing through:
Ifrane, often called the Switzerland of Morocco due to its European-style architecture
The cedar forest near Azrou, where you can observe wild monkeys
We then continue to Midelt, known as the apple capital, at the foot of the Ayachi Mountain. After a lunch break, we drive through the Tizi-n-Talghamt Pass and the scenic Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves and long oasis stretches.
Along the way, we pass Errachidia and reach Erfoud, known for its date festival and fossil industry. Finally, we arrive in Merzouga, home of Morocco’s largest dunes.
The rest of the day is free to enjoy the sunset over the dunes. Overnight in Merzouga.
After breakfast, we visit the village of Khamlia, inhabited mainly by black African descendants, to enjoy a live Gnawa music performance.
Next, we explore the dunes by 4×4, stopping to have tea with nomadic Berber families and possibly tasting local dishes like Berber pizza, couscous, or harira.
Return to the hotel for a short rest. In the afternoon, we ride camels across the dunes, enjoy the sunset and continue to our luxury desert camp. Dinner will be served, followed by traditional drum music under a star-filled sky.
You can wake up early to admire the sunrise over the Sahara dunes. After breakfast, we return by camel to our vehicle.
We head to Rissani to visit its famous market, the largest in the south, where desert nomads come to shop. Then we continue to Erfoud to visit a fossilized marble workshop.
We journey past the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad to reach the spectacular Todra Gorges, with its towering rock walls—an ideal spot for climbers. Enjoy lunch and take a 30-minute walk through the gorge.
In the afternoon, we drive to the Dades Valley, passing Boumalne Dades. Overnight stay in the valley.
After breakfast, we explore the Dades Gorges and visit the Kasbah of Aït Youl. We continue along a scenic route through stunning and colorful landscapes.
We stop to visit a family living in mountain caves in the Boutaghrar Valley, then pass through the Valley of Roses to reach Kelaat M’Gouna.
After lunch, we head toward the Skoura Palm Grove, then continue to Ouarzazate. Overnight stay.

The cinema studios where many films have been shot
We then head to the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for hosting movies like Gladiator, Sahara, Obelix, and The Jewel of the Nile.
After lunch, we continue over the High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m). On the way, we stop at an Argan Oil Cooperative to learn about the production process and health benefits of argan oil.
Arrival in Marrakech around 6 PM. Free time to explore the Jemaa el-Fna Square. Overnight stay.
