This 8-day tour is an unforgettable experience that combines the magic of the Sahara Desert with the history and culture of Morocco’s imperial cities. Starting in the vibrant city of Marrakech and ending in modern Casablanca, this tour will take you through breathtaking landscapes, traditional villages, and historical sites that reflect the essence of the country.
The itinerary includes the crossing of the High Atlas Mountains, a visit to the iconic Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, the Dades and Todra Gorges, and the breathtaking dunes of Merzouga. There you will experience a camel ride and spend the night in a Berber camp under the starry desert sky.
After the Sahara, you will head north to explore Fez, Morocco’s oldest imperial city, famous for its labyrinthine medina and rich handicraft tradition. The route ends in Casablanca, the economic capital of the country, where you can visit iconic sites such as the imposing Hassan II Mosque.

Welcome to Marrakech! Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Our representative will give you a brief overview of your 8-day Marrakech to Casablanca journey.
After breakfast, visit Bahia Palace, El Badi Palace, Saadian Tombs, Menara Gardens, and hidden gems. Explore Koutoubia Mosque and the vibrant Djemaa el-Fna square, alive with storytellers, snake charmers, and delicious traditional foods.
Cross the High Atlas Mountains via Tizi N’Tichka Pass. Stop at the Kasbah of Pasha Glaoui in Telouet, then visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou—famous filming location for Gladiator and Kingdom of Heaven. Continue to Ouarzazate for an optional film studio visit.
Travel the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” explore Todra Gorges, visit Erfoud’s fossil quarries, and ride camels into the Sahara Desert. Witness breathtaking sunsets and sunrises over the dunes. Traditional Berber music completes the magical night.
Wake up early to enjoy a sunrise camel ride. Then, travel through Errachidia, Ziz Gorges, Midelt, Azrou, and Ifrane, stopping at the cedar forest to see Barbary macaques. Arrive in Fez in the afternoon. Overnight in a traditional riad.
Guided tour of Fez: Royal Palace gate, Jewish Quarter (Mellah), Al Quaraouine University, tanneries, Attarine Museum, Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss. Finish with a tile-making cooperative visit and panoramic views of the Medina.
Travel through Meknes (Bab Mansour Gate, Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail) and Rabat (Hassan Tower, Mausoleum of Mohammed V). Arrive in Casablanca to visit Hassan II Mosque and other highlights. Overnight in Casablanca.
